PLACER DOME INC. BRAND MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
Placer Dome needed an employee-focussed approach to getting its brand back under control. With computers on every desk and “tribal brands” beginning to spring up in local offices, Placer needed to engage employees in the issue of brand management. We wrote and designed the Brand Guidelines and worked with Placer to create internal resources to consistently manage the brand across all companies, divisions and joint venture partnerships.
