VANCITY INTERNAL WEBSITE: THE HEART OF EMPLOYEE COMMUNICATIONS
Vancity wanted a web interface that brought the “You are Here” employee brand to employees on a daily basis. Vancity’s intranet site was the preferred venue for receiving internal communications as well as a vital resource for accomplishing daily tasks. The site provided access to rates and services information, policies and procedures, ongoing in-house surveys, invitations to internal events and opportunities, and signup for insurance benefits. The look retained the spirit of the external brand while providing the in-house web team with user-friendly templates for ads and call outs to keep the site lively and updated.
