Located in the suburbs of Las Vegas, this high end property development targets both young families and retirees with compact, easy to care for homes. Temple Development needed a team to create and manage a brand and advertising campaign that would attract both demographics with the promise of a renewed life, full of fun and energy, in the southwestern US.
The name Cactus Spring positioned the development as a place of warmth and a source of renewal and energy within the desert. Images of the target groups having fun and living a casual affluent lifestyle created a sense of promise and lightness. The campaign included naming, logo, on-site and directional signage, outdoor and print advertising, web site, brochure and floor plans.
