ROGERS VIDEO BRAND EVOLUTION, cont’…
The program began in the spring with the creation of an employee brand “InsideR”, for the Rogers Retail Division. The identity was introduced as part of a program of Management Breakfasts. At these events, the President of Rogers Video and Regional Managers would get together with employees to talk about the evolution of the business.
Ideastream developed an internal brand to identify employee communications and as a first deliverable. Next came a branded magazine-style print piece to support the Management Breakfast meetings as a takeaway for employees.
