Fincentric software needed a new approach to get its software demo disk past front office staff and into the hands of CIOs and CTOs in target companies. Ideastream’s approach was to create a high impact package that spoke directly to the situation with a thank you note to the Executive Assistant (and a $5 Starbucks card) in thanks for ensuring the disk’s safe delivery. The mailer was sent to CIOs and CTOs in North American banks and credit unions with a little help from the Executive Assistant and a coffee on us.
